Gross deposit limit

MadSlots Casino has an internal policy that limits the amount that a customer can deposit in any given 30-day period. Don't worry - should you wish to continue, you can either wait for all or part of this limit to reset, or you can follow the steps below should you wish to have a higher limit in future.

What is a "rolling limit"? This differs from a calendar limit, which works from the first day of the month until the last. A "rolling" limit looks back over the last 30 days, regardless of what day it is. That means it doesn't simply "reset" in full on a single date as a calendar period limit would, it's constantly looking back over the last 30 days to calculate how much you have left to spend. You can find more information about your account history via the Safer Gambling Page to see what you've deposited in the last 30 days.

When can I deposit again? This varies based on how much you have spent in the last 30 days, and when. The maximum time you'll have to wait for your deposit limit to reset is 30 days. If you're still unsure, you can contact our Customer Support Team who will be happy to help.

Can I change this limit? If you wish to have a higher limit (less restrictive) in future, we'll need you to provide us with some documents to evidence that you can afford to spend this much. If you don't wish to do this, that's fine. You can simply wait until the limit has reset enough that you can deposit again. You can follow the below steps if you are happy to provide documents:

Firstly, contact our Customer Support Team. You will need to provide us with the maximum amount you wish to deposit per month and the evidence of affordability demonstrating that an increase of this amount is suitable and sustainable. Evidence required for this increase is:

  • 1 months’ worth of pay slips (must be within the last 3 months).
  • 3 months’ worth of bank statements (must show income from corresponding pay slip provided).
