Why haven't I received my bonus?

You can check the Bonuses available on the Bonuses and Promotions page on our website. At deposit, you can also choose which Bonus you want to receive. Please always check the bonus requirements. 

All bonuses apart from the validation Free Spins, require to be selected manually by the player from the drop-down list that appears during deposit.

Please take note that the weekly promotions 'Double Mad', 'Sunday Hat' and 'Mad Hours' cannot and will not be granted on deposits via phone bill.
