Why haven't I received my bonus?

All bonuses apart from the validation Free Spins, require to be selected manually by the player from the drop-down list that appears during deposit.

Clicking 'Claim' in not sufficient to apply the promotion, you must select it from the drop-down list during deposit.

If the list does not appear during deposit, unfortunately your are not eligible for any promotions for the time being.

Deposits via Phone Bill are never eligible for promotions.
